We are in need of substitute teachers at our four preschools in Skogsmyran, Kullerbyttan, Skogslyckan, and Lianens preschool. We are looking for someone who can work as a substitute on short notice when our regular staff is not present, e.g., due to illness or parental leave. We wish for you as a substitute to be able to work at least one day a week to ensure continuity for both you, the children, and the staff. You should also be able to work at all four preschools in Linköping. You play an important role in the organization for both educators and children. There is also a chance for longer substitute positions if needed.

We are primarily looking for someone who has a childcare education or is studying a pedagogical program, such as preschool teacher or educator. We also welcome those who have an interest in working with children and challenging their development.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, engaged, and has a child-centered focus. Naturally, you thrive in a playful environment! With us, you will be part of a team that works together based on the preschool's curriculum, where you will experience different working methods. The tasks vary, but close contact with children, educators, and guardians is central to the role. When you work as a substitute, you are expected to be available on short notice even if you receive a booking from us early in the morning. As a substitute, you will be right in the middle of the operation, so it is assumed that you are flexible, attentive, and can quickly adapt to different routines.

• You speak Swedish well.

Employment form:

Need-based employment under RAM agreement.

Scope: As needed.

Working hours: Based on need, preschool hours are 06:30-17:00.

Start date: Immediately as needed.
